Main Responsibilities

Preparing Comparative Market Analysis

Assisting property Owners in valuing an accurate price for their property

Guiding clients thru sale/lease process

Maintaining database

Marketing available properties

Assisting clients on viewings

Follow up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available

Assisting clients in obtaining finance when required

Required Skills

Minimum of 2 years UAE Real Estate sales and leasing experience.

Strong understanding of Freehold areas of Dubai

Excellent communication and presentation skills
